Over a large area within the Red Sea like a string of pearls in the transparent, azure seas that comprise the Red Sea, more than 350 Eritrean islands, including more than 200, are part of the Dahlak Archipelago, remain one of the most unspoiled locations around the globe.

Day 4Asmara city Tour

It is situated on a plateau of highland located in central Eritrea, Asmara, a Modernist city in Africa is considered to be the capital city of the country . It is a remarkable example of a planned city colonial in its time as a result of the subsequent stages of planning from 1893 and 1941, during the Italian colonial administration.

Asmara’s distinctive urban style and urban design reveals human dimension in the interaction between the streets, buildings open spaces, and related activities , which were tailored to local climate, which reflect both post-colonial and colonial African life, including the public space, its mixed-use fabric , and cultural practices based on place. These patterns of use and spaces are also a witness to the interchange and the blending of different cultures through encounters with other cultures , as well as the importance played by Asmara in the creation of a collective identity later used in the early efforts to promote its protection.

Late in the evening transfer to airport for departure.
